To be eligible for a refund, you must return the product(s) within 14 days of your purchase. If the product(s) is/are damaged, used, or returned after the 14-day period, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Exchange Policy
Products can be exchanged for a different size or color variation, provided that such variation is available. Customers are allowed to exchange items within 14 days. Exchanges At Plaant.lk, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. However, if you need to exchange a product, please note the following policy:
- Exchange requests exceeding 14 days from the date of delivery will not be processed.
To be eligible for an exchange, the following conditions must be met:

✔︎ The product must be unused and undamaged.
✔︎ The product must include all original tags (if applicable).
If the requested replacement (specific size/model) is no longer available, a full refund will be issued, excluding any delivery charges.
